    Is it AMRAP in 3 minutes total, or six rounds of 3 minutes each? I'll go have my coffee and re-read.

    OK. Thanks Dave. That's the conclusion I came to after I had my 2nd cup. Trying to form even simple thoughts early in the morning is too much for me. Is there a WOD for that?

    With the innagural class of Bull City Cave Skool just around the corner I was wondering what people were wanting for class times. There will be one on Saturday for sure. However, I am up in the air about Monday (after the endurance WOD) or Tuesday. Also are people intersted in a class Thursday or Friday maybe?
