If you’re interesting in training with the inaugural group email dave@crossfitdurham.com.  Training will take place Saturday (8-9am), Monday and Wednesday (7-8:30pm) beginning this Saturday, July 9th.

    thanks everyone at 7:15, for welcoming Lindsay and Jeremy. They are in town from Colorado springs for a couple days, and it was h great top be able to show them what crossfit is all about. Great without too. They trooped through the whole thing. I finished it in 20:10, Rx. Most thing were broken up, one way or another. Happy birthday, Erin.

    Inviting all Crossfit Durham members and friends to the "Laugh us to L.A." comedy and performance extravaganza! The show is to help pay for Crossfit Raleigh Team's trip to the 2011 Reebok Crossfit Games. It's a great way to meet other crossfitters in the area and have a chance to see some awesome performances including acrobatics! It's this Sunday at Kings Barcade in Raleigh from 2-5pm. It's only $5 cover and it comes with raffle tickets!

    Hey Ollie, Good luck at the games if I don't see you, I'll be out of town Saturday afternoon, but let me know who I can give a donation to that will make its way to your team (I'll be in the gym Saturday morning) Weight Vest Tuesday: I don't know which was worse, the OH Lunges or the GHD situps with the vest. 17:35 RX with the vest.
