Turkish Get Ups

AMRAP in 14 minutes:
14 Hang Clean (115/75)
14 Situps
14 Pushups
14 Ring Rows
14 Double Unders

Post Workout Rounds to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 8 sets of 2 rep TGUs on each arm.  Work as heavy as you can, BUT make sure you maintain strict control of your body and the KB at all times.  Do not get sloppy!  Sloppy = Get Hurt

For the conditioning workout, note that the Hang Cleans are received in full front squat.  Scale loads and movements as necessary.  Sub for DUs is parallette jumps.

    Ugh. Felt flat today. Got through 7 sets of TGU's working up to 52# on both sides. METCON demolished me. I have never been so happy to do situps in my life! 3 full rounds. Started the hang cleans at 95# and had to dump 20# after the first round. Completed 3 rounds by the skin of my teeth. Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow.

    Worked up to 52# KB's for the TGU's. 4 rounds and 7 Cleans RX. Thought about going with the vest, decided better of it.

    Brandon and I worked up to using "big bird" for the last 2 reps each side for the TGU's. This WOD kicked my butt. I was only able to finish 3 rounds and 8 cleans Rx. Called it a day after that and went to cook breakfast for my sweet valentine Kristen Proctor!
