		<description><![CDATA[Worked up to 115# x 2 on both legs on the split squats with both feet on the floor. Attempted a set at 75# with one foot on a box. That was a no-go. The balance was way too awkward for me. Hardest part seemed to be finding the box and getting set in a good squat position with the bar on the shoulders. Very tricky to me.

METCON done at 105# (70% Clean - 1RM) Took 10:19 to get through. Tough stuff, but a great WOD. Confidence in the cleans is creeping up slowly.]]></description>
