I've been very focused on my diet and my weakness. It's not necessarily fun always working on the areas where I suck, but it's the only way I know how to improve.

I have been doing CrossFit for about a year and I had 4 colds in 2009....more than usual for me. I now think some of my diet habits combined with CrossFit were contributing factors. After getting home from a CrossFit workout I am usually not very hungry, only thirsty, so I may not eat anything for an hour or two which I believe was sabotaging my immune system. I have started to drink a protein mix as soon I get home after a workout. I'm hoping that combined with some changes to my sleep schedule will reduce the number of colds in 2010. Physical activity improves your immune system but you have to refuel and rest appropriately.
