LUMBERJACK 20 TRIBUTE WOD – Saturday, December 5th
This Saturday, we will participate with the greater CrossFit community in a display of solidarity with Lumberjack CrossFit at Ft. Hood, TX to honor four of their members who were tragically lost in the shootings at Ft. Hood.  Please come out to our 9am and 10am classes to pay tribute and honor these fallen warriors.  More info on the WOD and fundraising here

    Any chance we might have a second day to do the Lumberjack 20 and help raise money for the victims of the Ft. Hood massacre? I would love to do it but am already signed up to run a race that Saturday morning. Maybe Sunday, or Monday special endurance WOD, since there is a lot of running in it?

    Jessica et al, you can always make up the Lumberjack 20 WOD on Sunday morning durning open gym at 10am
