    I really like this one! Lot's of moving parts! Did 10 Rounds, the last 8 doing my first handstand pushups ever. Good workout....

    Rough WOD today. pretty much from the second round on. Got 10 rounds, plus the pushups, cleans and 10 double unders my double unders are getting good....a lot of rounds were unbroken

    This WOD was pretty tough. Managed to get 19 rounds. The med ball cleans were the hardest for me. My lower back was burning during them, so I had to stop a few times. Almost had 20... CURSES!
