    1) the new space looks fantastic! and 2) I concede the new bars are perfectly fine. First ever WOD with NO bands for my pull ups!!

      Becky, you're awesome!! way to go!! bring on Angie!! you'll be doing pullups all over istanbul :) WOD was tough. didn't hit muscle failure on anything, which meant you had to keep going. kinda cool like that weightlifting platforms should be in by end of day -- nice!!

    Nice work Becky! Great WOD, but tough after doing some deadlifts. 10:35 w/ 52lb KB Got licked in the face by little Prince while doing burpees-- that may have been the highlight of my morning. He is the cutest. The new space is awesome!

    The new gym is OFF THA CHAIN!! This pollen and my allergies did not help with time on today's WOD, but I guess it wasn't too bad. Finished in 11:44.

    Great job for the 5 and 6pm wods! Each class seemed to beat the times of the previous group....way to push!
