Great to see so many of our 6:15 crew there this morning. And Sabah… welcome to the dark side!
I worked on my form for the skill work… did 125#x5 and 130#x4. Dave, thanks for all your help! My form has a LONG way to go on back squats.
The KB test was more fun than I’d anticipated. I did 131 snatches with 25#.
Great job everyone!!!

Skill work was tough – slugged out 5×155.
WOD was TOUGH… especially when i first started and was using bad form. Dave straightened me out quickly. Ended up using 25lb KB – 153 snatches and a blister on both index fingers.
See ya’ll tomorrow!

I assume my form is far from correct. That is unless I am suppose to have big purple bruises on both of my forearms. If bruises are part of kettlebell snatches, then I am awesome at them.

Fun workout, my left forearm is definitely a bit bruised today.
