		<description>I assume my form is far from correct.  That is unless I am suppose to have big purple bruises on both of my forearms.  If bruises are part of kettlebell snatches, then I am awesome at them.</description>

		<description>Skill work was tough - slugged out 5x155.

WOD was TOUGH... especially when i first started and was using bad form. Dave straightened me out quickly.  Ended up using 25lb KB - 153 snatches and a blister on both index fingers.

I worked on my form for the skill work... did 125#x5 and 130#x4. Dave, thanks for all your help! My form has a LONG way to go on back squats. 

The KB test was more fun than I&#039;d anticipated. I did 131 snatches with 25#.
