    15:08, i think. not Rx. Was a great WOD! I've always been worried about hitting myself in the head during DB push press and today I actually grazed an ear. Gotta work on that shoulder stability! I'm glad the tire flips were last. They're one of my favorites. Way to go everyone at 1130! There was a lot of awesome effort going on! And thanks Kelli and Ashley for the pointers on KTEs.
