Forward Inchword w/Pushup
In 10 minutes cover as much distance as possible with the fewest reps

5 Muscle Ups
10 Toes To Bar

Post Number of Inchworms and Metcon Rounds to Comments
For the skill segment,  do forward inchworms with a pushup between each rep.  Keep your legs straight and try to get them as close to your hands as possible each rep.  Cover as much ground as possible in 10 minutes.      

For the Metcon, sub strict Muscle Up progressions for MU’s.

    I decided to do "Jason" instead of the inch worms: 100 Air Squats 5 Muscle Ups 75 Air Squats 10 Muscle Ups 50 Air Squats 15 Muscle Ups 25 Air Squats 20 Muscle Ups 18:43, Rx. Against my better judgment, I also did the metcon with 6 rounds, Rx. My hands are absolutely trashed.
