    315 x 3 on the was ugly, but i had some sweet inspiration from my ranger panty-clad lifting buddy, tom. :) had 5+ rounds on the metcon... tough day. Sarah M...hope 615 was everything you hoped and dreamed.

    Way to kick ass this morning 6:15. And way to properly initiate Sarah M. Hope we didn't scare her away! I'm sure the Ranger panties didn't help... Went relatively easy on the deadlifts to protect the hammy.. got up to 155 x3. Went for Rx on the WOD and that was sllllllow going... 3.5 rounds.

    Good job 615ers. I did #175 for the deadlift, #125 during the WOD and stepped up instead of box jumps, 3.75 rounds. Checkout these jump rope skills.

    two tough days in a row...wasn't quite up on my deadlifts today got to 165 for 3 and then 185 for one, for the wod i did 3 rounds rx...

      Got up to 300x3 for the deadlifts. yay for not being able to do math...i thought it was 285 :) did my own metcon wod: 21-15-9 Burpees and Wall Ball with a 200m at the start of each round -- 10:20 or something looking forward to seeing some heavy deads tonight at 5pm and 6pm!

    made it to 155 x 3 for the deads and stayed there...160 didn't even leave the ground in spite of dave's good coaching. one day soon! used 135 on the WOD to make sure form stayed tight - exactly 4 rounds total.

    Yes, 615 was everything I dreamed it would be, although I've never seen ranger panties like those even in my wildest dreams. Thanks tom! 155 on the deadlifts. WOD was 4.5 rounds with 135 deadlifts.

    Mandy, you were a ROCK STAR of a lifting buddy this morning thank you very much! I also rocked out 3x 315lbs. I was pretty stoked, I want to end up with 400lbs for a one rep max by the end of the summer. I got 5 rounds for the WOD (Rx) and because my Ranger Panties were such a hit, ladies and gentlemen, you will be able to see them on display tomorrow morning, 2nd Bat style this time!

    my 3 sets of dead lifts were 305, 355, and 395x3. the wod definetly kicked my butt, i did 3 round with the rx dead lifts of 205.

    I need to come and check out all this fun you 6:15 folks are having. What are ranger panties? As much as I hate burpees, I think they are getting me closer to "real" pushups, so maybe I'll stop hating them. 4.25 rounds, 115# deadlift in WOD. Max lift on practice deadlifts was 155#. New at those and didn't want to shoot the wad before the wod. Welcome to Rachel. :)

    Looking forward to becoming a 06:15 regular. 3x335#. Took it easy b/c I tweaked my back on 3x345# a few weeks back due to bad form lowering the weight. 5 rounds even on metcon as Rx. No need making fun of Tom's ranger panties just because he never joined the 1991 "Fab Five" Chris Webber fan club of shorts that look like a dress!
