Jerk (Push or Split)
3 Rounds For Time:
21 KB Swings (70/52)
15 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
9 Push Jerks (155/105)

Post Loads and Time to Comments
This WOD should be completed RX’d in under 10 minutes.  Loads should be scaled accordingly to allow you to finish within this timeframe to maximize power output and intensity.

    A bunch of us are going to the L1 Cert in Charlotte on Jan 9-10, so if we could avaoid that weekend, that would probably be best.

    Awesome job this weekend CFD! We enjoyed it. We gave Sarah D. some love on our site today. She always impresses. I've had the pleasure of training w/ Chris Wilkes and his boys and have had them here for two Seminars. I highly recommend those fellas. The seminar is worth every cent! Thanks again for the Challenge.

    Michael and I went to the Wilkes weightlifting thing over the summer and it was totally worth it - those guys are great. Now if only I weren't out of town for today's WOD - will have to make this one up at the end of December to get my practice in!

    Dave, Thanks for programming a heavier WOD--this was a good one! In terms of a weightlifting seminar, it seems pricy, but it sounds interesting to me and I might sign up.
