    This Morning was brutal! 70# on push jerk and 16:22 on the WOD. 6:15 was small today but great job Lili, Delia and our new recruit from Va Craig!

    CrossFit Goals: 1. Get a muscle up! 2. Do all WODs Rx by November. 3. Beat Tom (yes, I DID say beat Tom) at plank holds. He's been holding it over me since my very first day at CrossFit and it's getting old, since we all know I can kick his butt!

    1. Come to the Saturday WOD without stopping by Daisy Cakes 3 times 2. At least 1 deadhang pullup by mid-August and then develop kipping pullups. 3. I second Allison's Rx goal by November

    my crossfit goal is to have crossfit durham do "the twins" (today's mainpage wod) while i am out of town :)...i subbed all over the place and it was a beast!! more seriously, let's go with: ring dips, cleaning weight in the triple digits, and mentally sucking it up when things start to hurt good luck xfit durham teams at the doughman this weekend!

    Ok,so Tom thinks he's up to the challenge. How very mistaken he is. Here's the challenge... you can all be witnesses to the Ranger getting his butt kicked by a 5'2" girl. Challenge: Who can hold the plank the longest? Time ends at five minutes. If we can both make it to five mins, we don't need to do any more working out. The Stakes: The loser must do the FILTHY FIFTY while the winner watches. The when and where: This challenge will take place at a to-be-determined date in July (given that my triathlon is mid-June). Crossfit Durham gym. Any and all witnesses to the Ranger's utter embarassment are welcome. Tom, think you're up to the challenge?

    I accept. Now is this going to be pre-wod or post-wod for the day in question? What is the time line for the loser (read: you) to have to do the Flithy Fifty after the contest? Right away? On another day? If we both hold it for five minutes, what then?

    my goal...all wods especially nasty girls rx...which would mean i need to get my pull ups and ring dips, and get faster at running and take less breaks in general...(kinda sucks writing it out bc then i must be held accountable to it)

    Allison, Tom, Sarah, Looks like I am stepping in for Tripp since he will out of town this week for Doughman. Can I take the Blu leg? Also, lets plan on beating the other crossfit team so we have bragging right for a whole year!
