I feel as though all the named exercises (double-unders, hspus, etc.) get short shfrift and would welcome the opportunity to practice any and all of them.
GREAT video (“Why we train together”)–in part because it was nice to see somebody flub a few box jumps as I did today (but keep on truckin’), and in part because there is nothing particularly glamorous about him — just strong, and full of perseverance, which is what really matters. Thanks.
