“Fight Gone Bad”
Wall Ball (20lbs/12lbs)
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75lbs/45lbs)
Box Jumps (20″ Box)
Push Press (75lbs/45lbs)
Row (calories)

In this workout you move from each of the five stations after one minute.  There is a one minute rest allowed before repeating the rotation.  The clock does not reset or stop between exercises.  On call of “rotate,” the athlete must move immediately to the next station for the best score.

    *&$#!!!!! *&#%#^#&!! This is gonna hurt. Greg, did you program this for tomorrow? Ugh. Fine. I'll be there... like you can keep me away anyway. What a way to begin at the new place... with a killer workout like FGB!

    aw, man. I've been wanting to do FGB for awhile, but I'm busy being sickly. :( Also, what's this i hear about 2" pull up bars??? seriously?!? Dave....

    They were SUPPOSED to be 1.25"...I swear!! they're more like 1.5", but we weren't gonna send the whole thing back for all her complaining, Melissa STILL managed to get 5 on the new bar....so you'll be good to go, Becky! :)

    this was NOT a warm welcome back after my guacamole filled vaca...i think i may have done better my first time in my second week of crossfit...

    I may have gotten 5 but....STILL. Imagine the possibilities on the 1.25" bar...... Have fun with the FGB...I have my own FGB with my allergies :(
