15-20 Reps
OR
Dips
5 sets of 5 reps (strict)

Mini-“Angie”
For Time:
50 Pullups
50 Pushups
50 Situps
50 Air Squats

Post Press Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the skill segment, perform a total of 15-20 Muscle Ups or solid attempts if your MU’s are inconsistent.  If you’re not to the point of working on MU’s yet, then do 5 sets of 5 strict ring or bar dips, depending on your current capacity.  Your elbow should be above your shoulder at the bottom position of the Dip while still being “active”.   

For the conditioning workout, scale movements as necessary.  This is 1/2 of the CrossFit Benchmark Workout “Angie”.
