    1st round of Push Press was 5 x175# ran out of time prior to WOD (lost of peeps in the 6:15 the last couple days!). Too smoked post WOD to keep up the heavy weight. Did two sets of 5 x 135# instead. Here was my extra motivation today. Dave said "if you drop the KBs you have to do 15 burpees" I took that as straight sets were required or you get a burpee penalty, this helped me burn through them easier. WOD as Rx in 21:45.

    yeah...john still owes those burpees (and I hope 6:15ers understand that I am normally not a tattle, but I do enjoy giving my husband a hard time)...lil eva was 30 minutes of terribleness for me. and while i do not like waking up to go to 6:15, I do enjoy getting to lift with lori, who pushed me to 85 for 5 on push press...
