    I tried a comeback after 3 weeks off. Well, after 2 straight days, I am as sore as I have been in a long while. Range of motion about 3 feet all around. Note to self: CF bandwagon will hit you pretty hard if you ever get off and want to get back on. Will never take a 3 week break again...
