    All I can say is OUCH! I actually didn't make it to 615 this am, so I got a private crossfit lesson from Dave at 830. So I did 6.5 rounds. OOOOOOOOOUCH! Thanks Dave for the encouragement- couldn't have done it without you telling me to get my ass back on the bar for the pullups. Have fun with this one, guys! See ya at 615 tomorrow!
