		<description>Subbed push press for cleans, my back was in knots today after just 5 cleans and I was just asking for another muscle pull so I scaled for it.  Did 15 push press @ 145-165#...went heavy on last 3 just for kicks @ 185#.

For wod subbed box jumps for cleans and did 200m run after every exercise, still did dynamic pushups and pullups.  195 reps</description>
