There will be one WOD today at 9am. All other WODs are cancelled.
WOD for Monday 053010
“Murph”
For Time:
Run 1 Mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Air Squats
Run 1 Mile
Wear body armor or a 20lb weighted vest

After running the first mile, you may partition the movements any way you like to finish the work before running the final mile.






First, let me thank you for all of your support this weekend! It was wonderful to feel the love all the way from Durham. Second, let me highlight how amazingly awesome Ashley did this weekend. For those of you who don’t know… SHE GOT HER FIRST (AND SECOND) MUSCLE UP IN THE COMPETITION!! It was amaaaaaaazing and we all went crazy! Ashley turned in an inspiring performance that she (and all of us) should be very proud of! She represented CrossFit Durham incredibly well.
Last, and most importantly, thank you to all of you who serve and have served. Though I need to recover on Monday, I will do Murph in your honor sometime very soon.
