Got up to 115 on the split jerk with Sarah’s excellent coaching. Still need to work on form and stability because the weight wasn’t heavy, but the stability is a problem. Alas, much more work to do!
The WOD was brutal. Did rowing instead of running since I have another running workout to do tonight. That was NOT my best idea, since it was just MORE arms. Did the push presses at 75. Finished in 23:10 or something like that. Thanks to Sarah for dragging me through it!
