This metcon WOD should be completed RX’d in under 12-15 minutes.  Loads and distance should be scaled to allow you to finish within this time frame and maximize power output and intensity.

    Been doing WOD’s on my own due to school

    tue:
    100 thrusters for time (45#)
    5.06

    wed:
    10 pushups
    10 knees to elbows
    10 air squats
    x 5 for time, rest two min repeat 6.15 for first and 6.35 for second

    thur:
    Get deck of cards, 4 exercises which correspond with suits
    hearts: 35# plate curls (only have so much to work with)
    diamonds: 25# dumbell press eventually became push press
    spades: 20# weight vest air squats
    clubs: 115# bench
    ace=15 reps
    face=10 reps
    #’s=#’s of reps

    looking forward to getting back in the gym soon, working out in the rain sucks….

    Got up to 115 on the split jerk with Sarah’s excellent coaching. Still need to work on form and stability because the weight wasn’t heavy, but the stability is a problem. Alas, much more work to do!

    The WOD was brutal. Did rowing instead of running since I have another running workout to do tonight. That was NOT my best idea, since it was just MORE arms. Did the push presses at 75. Finished in 23:10 or something like that. Thanks to Sarah for dragging me through it!
