    We had a small group for 6:15 this morning, but everyone did a great job! I got to 85# for the OHS. Probably my best form yet on the OHS. For Nicole, I got 6 rounds and 56 pullups Rx. On a separate note, Sarah leaves today. GOOOOOOD LUCK! KICK SOME SERIOUS ASS IN CA!

    i got up to 175# on my OHS...huge PR! 6 rounds for nicole... i rowed and did ring rows to try to work around a knee injury. it sucked big time. nice job 1130-ers! i signed up for the oly lift seminar, and you should too!!!!!

    Overhead squats 145 times 2 on last set 8 rounds on "Nicole" with 44 pullups all with 20 pound vest....surprisingly the vest helped with pullup technique since I couldn't do the normal hanging pullups and had to do kipping pullups to get up....running up the hill with the vest just sucked
