Post Overhead Squat Loads and Metcon Time to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 3 sets of 20 rep Overhead Squats. Use 55-60% of your 1RM and take the bar from the rack.
For the Metcon, a “cluster” is a full squat clean into a full thruster (overhead press). Pullups may be done as chest to bar to scale up.
