    We had a small group for the 615 today. I did 65 lbs for the snatch and for the WOD. Jumping pull-ups, modified ring dips and rowed 250 instead of running (I was positive I'd end up with my butt on the concrete, coming in from the rain) Finished around 9:30.

    Nice to meet the folks at 11:30 today. I'm new to the snatch. A snatch virgin, if you will. I need a lot of work on my snatch, so I stayed at 45# (naked bar) for practice and the WOD. Jumping pullups, modified ring dips, running in the hot sun. Time: 9:52. BTW, Mitchell gave us all very good snatch instruction, from the full thrust, all the way to the top of the snatch. Happy snatching, folks!

    My snatch is sloppy according to Kelli....needs some work...dont even remember the weight but it wasn't anything special... Wod was 5.40..... Did 75? pounds on snatch since this my first time doing it with weight...starting to get kipping pullups....I think.... they are getting easier atleast....did normal ring dips
