The Rules

The Challenge will run from January 15th through March 18th.  During these 9 weeks you’ll be rewarded for good behaviors and punished for bad.  Whether you win or not, if you give it your all you will, no doubt, have made significantly positive steps toward increased health AND performance.

In order to compete for prizes, you must complete the following:
- $50 entry fee - register here
- Pre/post Challenge vitals, body composition, CrossFit Total and Benchmark Workout
- Log all oral intake, workouts, sleep, and supplements
- Pre/post Challenge pictures (Take pics in the same clothes. Pics do not factor into scoring and will not be used in any way without your prior consent)

Meal Points (based on The Whole30 and The Zone):
+1 Whole30 Meal that includes milk (5 possible points per day)
+2 Whole30 Meal: all Whole30 rules apply (10 possible points per day)
+2 Zone Meal: all Zone rules apply (10 possible points per day)
+3 Whole30/Zone Meal: Whole30 quality in Zone proportions (15 possible points per day)
-2 Cheat Meal: not Whole30 quality, not Zone quantity (-5 possible per day)
(Post Workout Meals do not count here.  See below for PWO meal points)

Exercise Points:
+0 3 Workouts/week
+10 4 Workouts/week
+20 5 Workouts/week
-10 fewer than 3 Workouts/week
-15 for 0 Rest Days/week

Bonus Points:
+1 5 meals per day (1 possible/day)
+1 fewer than 5 hours between meals (1 possible/day)
+1 64oz of H2O in a day
+1 8+ hours of sleep
+1 if Post Workout meal is from protein drink
+3 if PWO meal is from real food
(PWO does not count towards regular meal points)

Point Deductions:
-1 for each alcoholic beverage (-5 possible/day)
-1 for no PWO meal before leaving gym
-1 for less than 3 grams of fish oil/day
-1 for each carbonated beverage

Prizes will be awarded for the top three point totals.
All participants will get a 2012 Look Better Naked Challenge T-Shirt.  Any participant accumulating at least 1000 points will get back $25 of their original entry fee!
