This should be fun, I've never done a power snatch :)

Congrats to Sarah and Mitchell for their hard work this weekend. You represent all of us at CrossFit Durham very well. We're proud to be associated with you. Sarah, who would have thought this possible after such a short time training and coming off injury. Ultimately, it came down to this -- you were the fastest through 30 snatches...power snatches...

Sarah and Mitchell- way to rock it out this weekend! We're so lucky to be inspired by you guys on a daily basis. Got up to 70 for the power snatches. Did the WOD at Rx in 19:49. The ladies of 6:15 really rocked this morning- great job Ali, Sarah, and Lori!

Allison and i both did well this am - 70lbs in the skillwork. Did Rx on the WOD in just under 15mins. Unfortunately, my arms are still shaking, which i think means my form was b-a-d. ;-( Welcome home, Sarah and Mitchell... we are all so proud of you!

If you say 'snatch' to me for the rest of the day you had better be talking about the movie with Brad Pitt! Mine were pitiful this morning, but I am still working on form - up to 55# and then 50-45 for the WOD. WOD time of 17 minutes something. Maybe Sarah can show me her perfect, regional's-winning form when she gets back! Great job 6:15 as always. GO CANES!

Thanks to everyone for all of your support! I am coming in to kiss the gym floor this evening. On second thought, that sounds icky. But I am going to come in and say a big thank you! I missed yall!

By far one of the harder workouts I've done here. Was at 105, 105, 115 for my 3 working sets of snatch. Then did the WOD in 16:08 with 85lb power snatches.

good job 6 pm! kelli killed the snatches while I got progressively more frustrated at struggling with 55 pounds on the work sets (think my 3 rep max is really 50 - which is a 5 pound PR, so i'll take it!) Used 45 for the WOD, subbed running for the 3rd round b/c rowers were taken, and finished in 12:12.

Up to 120# x3 to start off. 14:08 WOD 95# as Rx. Thanks for the coaching Dave.
