    Answer: Jack Bonus #1: At least 6...but they were all Hooch. Bonus #2: Never, the person holding up his legs was photoshopped out. What do I win? :)

    This was the first attempt thank you very much. Granted, we took probably five handstand pictures, so there were a lot of handstands going on. Sabah was right with 2 beers. The better question was how many weird looks did we get as this was happening.

    Hahhaa. Way to represent, Jack! The handstand has good form and everything! :-) This morning's WOD was tough after a 12 hr turnaround from last night. Did the WOD in 8:06 (I think) with 65#. Got up to 80 for the strength work. Rx is insane for this one!

    boo to this wod...snatches are prolly my least favorite lift mentally and physically...i got up to 60 on snatches and did the wod with 65 in 11:05...
