    Up to 3x 140# on the Pwr Snatches. Looking fwd to the Oly Seminar! WOD in 7:56 as Rx'd. Its easier to gut through the wall balls straight through than take a break and have to pick that thing up again.

    Gang If anyone else is intending on coming to the Oly Seminar on the 19th, please enroll right away. If we do not get a group of 10 people it will be cancelled because the coaches will not travel here. We need five more enrollments. Please let me know if you have any questions.

    As much as I hate wall ball I kinda liked this work out. It took me 12:03 with 45lbs. Basil, I dropped your shirt off tonight it is sitting on the table with all our logs:)

    Oh no...Save the seminar! I struggled through a hang snatch workout today... it was ugly! I was thinking about how glad I was for the seminar the whole time!

    I again smelled rx tonight but I was not able to saddle lassie. Tomorrows another day :) Anyone wanna give this a go? http://3rdmarinemudrun.eventbrite.com/ I've family at the @ Abby. Good people, great cause, and need be ready made place to pop a squat beforehand (translation - home to stay at if wanna go up evening before) .
