For Time:
100 Pushups

* Penalty — Everytime you stop and rest with your chest on the ground or sit up on your knees.  If a penalty is counted, you must immediately spring 40 yds.  Once the penalty is completed continue with the pushups.  
** You can rest in a pike position (top of a push up), but once you cannot do pushups any longer and need to rest on the groun a penalty is counted and you must run the sprint.
