–Rest–
For Time:
100 Pushups

* Penalty — Everytime you stop and rest with your chest on the ground or sit up on your knees.  If a penalty is counted, you must immediately spring 40 yds.  Once the penalty is completed continue with the pushups.  
** You can rest in a pike position (top of a push up), but once you cannot do pushups any longer and need to rest on the groun a penalty is counted and you must run the sprint.

    Got up to 85x2 and 80x3 for presses. Pushups and I are in a fight today. The WOD took me 7:30something. I got the first sixty done without having to rest and made the mistake of taking my first break then- that's about when my arms died! But, great job to all of you 6:15ers. Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow at the Grand Opening!
