3 Rounds For Time:
3 Power Clean (155/105)
6 Air Squat
9 Burpees

Post Push Press Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength session, gradually increase the weight on your Push Press working up to your heaviest set of three for the day.

For the conditioning workout, if not RX’d go heavy on the Power Cleans (85% 1RM).  For the Burpees, you should jump to a point at least 6″ above your outstretch hand.  This workout should be hard and fast.

New 3 Rep PR on push press, 185 x 3, 3:29 on the metcon at 185#'s. Had a "continental clean" sneak in there on the third set. Woops

    'continental'?

you catch the bar below your pecs and sorta roll it up your chest to your shoulders. IE: I didn't clean the bar high enough and instead of going into a half squat I muscled it up my torso I thought those were called Continental Cleans....

Doug, yes. Although, I'm pretty sure Continental Cleans are done on purpose :) Totally back on track with Starting Strength. Good thing I started so light...the squats are still pretty easy. No back pain at all since starting, which was my primary goal. I hope it keeps up as my weights start climbing over the next couple of weeks.

Thanks to Jack for pushing me to do 205 in the WOD! Very weird that we did the same weight, ajdacent rounds, and finished with the exact same time (3:24). Also, the bar jumping burpees were a nice touch.

I feel much better about my shitty clean form. Thanks, Wendler.
