Post Loads and Time to Comments
For the Weighted Dips, use a weighted vest, weight belt, or DB/KB between your knees to create additional load. If you are unable to do a bodyweight dip, use the lightest resistance possible for assistance.

Tough one….9.32 (did both DU’s and Single Unders since I string 3 singles together then do 1 DU…though they are getting better) 115# on weighted dips…almost had 125# but the arms were too smoked
