This is a CrossFit Hero WOD, use a manageable load on the DB Box Jump & Clean and a box height that allows you to complete the movement without gashing your shins open.  If you do open your shins, please clean your DNA off the box and floor 🙂 

There is NO OPEN GYM tonight at 7pm!

    20.4? rx'd for wod rested 5 min...Helen 10.03 rx'd I think...the big red kettlebells are 52 I believe I concur, the current sched is lovely...I work late hours so the later classes on the weekend suit me better

    For those interested, the Great Outdoor Provision Company in Chapel Hill got a new shipment of Vibrams five-finger shoes yesterday. They tend to sell out quickly for certain sizes. I bought a pair today.

    I also like the current sunday schedule. gives me a little more time to rehydrate after a long saturday nite. :)
