This WOD should be completed in 8-12 minutes.  Scale loads accordingly to allow you to finish within this time frame to maximize power output and intensity.

    run 5k for sure. i attended the rowing clinic and feel like i learned a lot but my short little body has to work too hard to get anywhere on the rower. not fun

    i would rather run a 5K then row a 2K than do this wod ;) i used to hate rowing like crazy...but now definitely feel like i'm getting better, so would opt for the <9 minute workout that doesn't destroy my knees.

    95lbs for men, 65lbs for women, but make sure you scale to finish in the timeframe.....don't be there all day trying to do RX and lose the intensity

    hmm row a 2k or run a 5k? normally I always prefer rowing, but 2k's are an abyss of pain and maybe run a 5k? except I'm not a huge fan of running...or can I go with option c) row a 5k? and tomorrow's workout looks super :-D
