I forgot how great it is to hang out with the 6:15-ers. Outside of already being sore, I’ve had a fabulous morning, and it is only 8:30.

Great to see SO many people at 6:15… 14 is DEFINITELY a record! Wooohooo!!!!
This WOD was a little less than great… especially since my arms are already killing me. I did it in 25:41 with 60# squat cleans and everything else Rx. Jack and Sarah, way to KILL it Rx. You guys are amaaaaazing!

70# for KB swings, the rest rx’d at 20.25 (I think, more concerned with keeping down the Amp Lemonade and not falling over)
great workout, squat cleans were rough….well my reverse curl squat concoction were rough…

surprisingly evil but fun. was very happy with how the cleans felt, even though they got super slow toward the end. still not convinced i did 6 rounds but i’m sure my legs will say otherwise tomorrow!

Hah, thanks Dave. It was good to have the verbal push through it. My head was definitely swimming during that last set of cleans.
