    10:55 rx weight. this was heinous. thanks to the coaches for coming up with this workout and to my roommate, dave, for rubbing chalk in my ripped open callus (not gonna lie...i kinda liked it) and screaming "theres no crying in Crossfit" at me while i tried to fight back the vomit that eventually came up. I'd like to apologize to the horrified yoga-ers next door that listened to me puke and then stared open-mouthed as i ran back into the gym from the bathroom to finish the workout. stew & patrick: awesome job on getting those muscle ups. everyone at the 9 am class this morning rocked out... i work out with badasses...and i like it.

      Congratulations to the newest members of the Muscle Up Club -- Patrick, Stewart AND Basil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kudos to Mandy for puking during Frianebeth and still coming back and finishing, RX'd -- woo hoo!!! Shout out to the five brave souls who came out to the Beginner's class at eleven am!

    all i can say is that sucked out loud. cleans are mas terible'. way to go guys on the muscle ups, especially patrick who almost dislocated his shoulder but kept on going! rx'd 5:29

    Did this workout yesterday since I couldn't get into the gym today. It was tough, but super fun. Full chest-to-bar pullups, HSPUs w/one abmat. 6:55. Did a full Murph today and PR'd at 33:08! I am psyched about that. Also PR'd on some deadlifts and didn't realize it until afterwards. Great Saturday. I am ready for a beer, a burger, and a rest day!
