In teams of two, complete the following for time:
300 Wall Ball
Run 5000m
Row 4000m

For the conditioning workout, both partners will be working at the same time.  You can partition the work however you wish, but both partners must complete at least 30% of each station.

The Wall Ball “Man” Test

    Think carefully about your strategy. If someone were to partner with a fast runner, s/he coud run 5K as their partner rowed, and both partners could each do 150 wall ball shots. Or, partners could both run 1.55 miles together, row 2k together, and then, of course, do 150 wall ball shots together. Thus, there are quite a few ways that this WOD could be completed. Yes, I'll let you pick your partner. I'm that nice of a guy.

    First strategy wouldn't says each partner has to do 30% of each station...
