    That said, the 8:30 class as well? The roads are fine.

    16 people at 11:30. Great job everyone with helping me have “extra eyes”. I love huge classes, but it does make it more difficult to catch everything b/c there are so many of you and only 1 of me. Way to look out for each other and help each other. Even though we had to stagger the starts in 3 different groups it went pretty well. Great job pushing yourselves. I love how most of you stayed to cheer on the 3rd group that went. You guys are awesome!

    I’m gonna try to get back in the habit of posting times. 7:39 Rx’d.

    So question for everyone – my pullups are the one thing that’s really slowing me down. I have trouble with them at least partly because my hands tear easily, both on the calluses and my fingers themselves. Does anyone have tips on how to prevent this from happening? I already shave them, etc., so I don’t think that’s the problem.

    jeff – have you seen the hand raps i make out of tape? the ones that slip around my fingers and go down the center of my palm? those really help a lot. i’ll teach you how to make them this week.

    dave that was the beginning of the day, one wod just completed, still bright eyed and bushy tailed… that said i cannot even think about handstand pushups for another week…so substitutions will have to be made for today…
