    Interesting co-incidence, but I saw this provocative post called: "Death of the Conventional Squat" yesterday. http://www.functionalstrengthcoach3.com/squats.html He argues that Bulgarian Split Squats are superior for several reasons. I love squats, but found his argument pretty solid.
