Step To The Bar

This is the rough design for our new hoodies!

TODAY is the LAST DAY to reserve yours on the sign up sheet at the gym.

There are four different styles and many different colors available.

Jerk – 90% 1RM    
1-1-1-1-1
–Rest–
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
5 Bar Facing Burpees
5 Thrusters (135/95)
5 Chest to Bar Pullups

Post Front Squat Loads and Workout Rounds to Comments
For the strength segment, after warming up perform 5 single reps of either a Push Jerk or Split Jerk at 90% 1RM.  These should be real heavy.  Make sure you take good rest between these work sets (3-5 minutes). If you happen to get a PR, make sure you post it on the PR Board!

For the conditioning workout, take care not to hit your head on the bar during the burpees.  One time over the bar counts as one rep.
