    65 lb for lifts, 30 lb KB (since gym didn't have 35), 24" box jumps; 16:31. Feet to bar really slowed me down. After Tuesday's WOD, walking lunges while holding kb just seemed, well, evil. Ha!

    this is another one that i want to make-up. i haven't had much time this week to do many wods or lifts. next week should be better. jonathan and i made up yesterday's wod... i got 6:30rx and jonathan got 5:56rx. everyone did awesome during today's wod! i want to give a special shout out to bill o. and dave p. those two guys really dug deep during the 11:30. very fun to cheer the two of them on!

    hey guys! i want to encourage you to write your july goals up on the board in the gym! we only have 5 or 6 up there and i know we have more members than that! :)
