Post Clean Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, first perform 5 sets of double rep Clean Pulls using 100% of your Clean 1RM. Once you’ve completed these sets, set the load to 80% 1RM Clean and perform 10 reps of a full Clean (with squat) from the floor.  These are more for technique than for PRs.  In fact, you should not be missing many reps due to heavy load.  Rest roughly 1-2 minutes between attempts.  If you do happen to get a PR, make sure you post it on the PR Board!

For the conditioning workout, use the same KB for both arms.  Sub parallette jumps for Double Unders.  Please DO NOT tie any knots in the jump ropes!  It will bend the cords and they’ll never be right again.

Due to the construction, there is limited OPEN GYM space for the next week or two.  Please remember that WODs, Bootcamps, Foundations, and Barbell Course take precedent over any individual workouts.

    I see that the dude only got the bar up to about waist level--that's all he needed. It's all about getting underneath it.

    What I don't see is full extension. He was able to get under the bar fast enough that he didn't need to elevate it that much.
