Overhead Squats
2-2-2-2-2
–Rest–
Eight Rounds For Max Reps of:
Push Press, 20 seconds (75/45)
Rest 10 seconds
Jumping alternating lunge, 20 seconds (video)
Rest 10 seconds

Post Overhead Squat Loads and Metcon RepsTo Comments
For the strength segment, perform 5 sets of 2 rep Overhead Squats working as heavy as possible.  Take the bar from the rack.     

For the conditioning workout, the Push Press load should be appropriate for everybody.  Take the bar off the floor.

ENDURANCE WORKOUT tonight at 6pm with Coach Allison!

    Awesome video, Dave! I now truly believe that jumping, alternating lunges will be a great cardio workout. Should my hands be placed by my hips or out at the side?! (Notice the correct placement of the question mark and exclamation point, Michael Kelley.)

    Worked up to 80# on the squats. SO much work to be done there. 178 reps on the METCON. Good to experiment with that 75# push press again to prep for FGB6. Jumping alternate lunges showed me how much work I need to do on balance as a whole. Great workout.

    new OHS PR today, and I did it twice @ 195#'s Wendler Press went much better this week, more weight and more reps (112.5 x 8) 205 Reps RX on the workout. I blew up on rounds 7 and 8
