Congratulations to CrossFit Durham Coach, Mitchell Osbourne, and Athlete, Sarah Dunsmore, who competed at the Midwest Regional Qualifiers for the 2009 CrossFit Games!  Follow their results here!

“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pullups, the second 8 intervals are pushups, the third 8 intervals are situps, and the last 8 intervals are air squats.   There is no rest between exercises.

    Nice work doing Tabata today to everyone who came out! Welcome to Jessica and Ethan who were brave enough to try this for their first CrossFit Durham workout! Great workout with vistors from CrossFit 603 in New Hampshire (or as they say in New England, New Hampsha) -- Great to meet you Dallas, Laura, and Miguel!
