Take Your Med Ball to Work Day

Good luck this weekend to CrossFit Durham Coach, Mitchell Osbourne, and Athlete, Sarah Dunsmore, at the Midwest Regional Qualifiers for the 2009 CrossFit Games!  Follow their results here!

UPDATE — 5:00pm, Saturday — Sarah in 1st place after Day 1 with a +2:00 lead and Mitchell in 20th place after the first two events, with the 2k row coming up!

Each exercise will be performed with a Medicine Ball (20#/14#).  Ball must be carried with you from station to station.  Time at each station will be 1 minute and there will be a 15 second rest interval between stations. 

Perform 2 rounds of the following:
Push Press
Walking Lunges
Lateral Jumps
Ring Dips
Wall Ball
Broad Jump
50m Sprint

Post Total Number of Reps Completed to Comments.

    Mitchell did 6:20. Sarah was 5:32. Sarah is in first. Mitchell is top five with two more heats left to go.
