Team Cleaning

Registration is filling up for the Carolina Fitness Challenge
taking place at CrossFit Durham on Saturday, December 12th! 
Open to ALL Fitness Levels!  Sign up to join the fun!

We need volunteers to help with the event.

Partner Ladder
Hang Power Clean (95/65)
Perform 1 HPC on the first minute.  Increase the number of cleans by one each minute until you and your partner cannot complete the prescribed number for the minute.  Divide the cleans up any way you like, but each partner must perform at least one every minute.

    Murphie & I hit 28 rounds, Rx - she carried the load the last few rounds, though, when my grip started to give out. If I figured it correctly, I think that means we each totaled close to 200 HPCs. We split each round, alternating who took the extra clean on the odd number rounds. Jason and I wondered afterwards if we all might have gone longer if we'd gone to shorter sets around minute 20 - switching to alternating sets of 5 might have helped, but we would have had shorter rests. I'm always looking for better strategies, but rarely figuring them out before the WOD....
