Team Workout 

AMRAP in 30 minutes
2 partners working as a team.  1 person works out at a time, while the other counts reps and provides encouragement.  Trade off as soon as one partner is tired.  Each athlete needs to complete at least 5 reps before switching.  No hogging movements.

60 Double Unders
40 Push Presses (95lbs/65lbs)
100m Walking Lunges w/dumbbells
