    Nice showing for the 10:00 class. This morning's menu was tough on the quads. 225# x5 is a PR for Front Squat. 9:39 WOD with 35# DB lunges and 20" box. Looking forward to tomorrow!

    Musings on Memorial Day: 1 I love CrossFit... 2 ...specifically CrossFit Durham 3 Box jumps suck after weighted lunges, but are still super fun 4 My butt hurts now 5 Cooking fish does not make one's abode smell fishy. However, other things can ;) 6 I love CrossFit 7 specifically CrossFit Durham 8 Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow!
